What to expect:

All our premium boxes include 100% grass fed beef focusing on specific cuts. Our beef comes directly from our family-owned and operated Black Angus Beef grazing operation in Ben Lomond, NSW to your plate.  

Beef Box 5: Premium Angus "Cook's Choice // Slow Cooking" Box:

• Beef Roasts (1 Pack of Brisket of approx. 1,5kg / 1 Pack of Blade Roast of approx. 1,5kg)
  
• Osso Bucco or Gravy Beef (2 Packs - approx. 700g per pack)
  
• Short or Chuck Ribs - "if out of stock, will be replaced with Osso bucco"
  
• Diced Beef // Casserole Meat (2 packs - approx. 600g per pack)
  
• Premium Mince (1 pack - approx. 500g)
  
• Corned Beef (1 Pack - approx. 1,8kg)
  

Depending on availability, the product is packed chilled or frozen due to the timing of our production runs.
