Shipping Areas

We currently offer regularly shipping to the following areas:
Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast up to Rockhampton, Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Blue Mountains, South Highlands, Canberra, Melbourne, Mornington and Yarra Valley

Unfortunately, we have to charge a flat shipping fee of 25$ per box due to high cost of shipping as well as packaging costs for insulated boxes and ice gel packs.

As we continue our expansion to offer you a healthy grass-fed beef option, we are trying to connect more areas to our shipping network.

Please contact us info@benlomondbeef.au if we currently do not service your area and we will work with you to see if we can arrange delivery.

Pick-up your beef

For regional customers (Inverell, Delungra, Armidale, Guyra, Glen Innes, Uralla, Bendemeer, Moonbi, Kootingal, Tamworth and Grafton / Yamba Area) we offer the opportunity for in-person pickup on a fortnightly basis:

1. Select and pay for your product as usual, please pay attention to the location when adding a product to your cart. For Uralla, Bendemeer, Moonbi and Kootingal please select "Tamworth".
2. Retrieve your order at the designated locations during the specified times you can find below.

Additionally, you can purchase our packages on-site by appointment at our coolrooms (Glen Innes), although we cannot ensure their availability at all times. Please contact us via info@benlomondbeef.au.

• Glen Innes: Monday 4:30-5:00pm - 100 Grovers Ln, Glen Innes NSW 2370
• Tamworth, Kootingal, Moonbi, Bendemeer & Uralla: Wednesdays by arragement
• Armidale: Wednesday 4:30-4:45pm - Bundarra Rd (Corner Brickfield Ave), Armidale NSW 2350
• Guyra: Wednesday 5:30-5:45pm - Boorolong St (Infront Nutrien Ag Solutions), Guyra NSW 2365
• Grafton / Yamba: Fridays by arrangement

Delivery and Packaging

We deliver chilled / frozen grass fed beef boxes direct from our family-owned and operated Black Angus Beef grazing operation in the high-altitude region of Ben Lomond in the northern tablelands of NSW - a true paddock to plate experience!!!

How does delivery work?

After being cut by our trusted butcher, your meat is carefully portioned, vacuum sealed and labeled before being packed in an insulated box (made from over 95% renewable fiber) - "in case of shipping" with enough ice gel packs to keep your meat fresh and cool.

Our free curbside pick-up option is available for the regional Area (Inverell, Delungra, Armidale, Guyra, Glen Innes, Uralla, Bendemeer, Moonbi, Kootingal, Tamworth and Grafton / Yamba Area) from our refrigerated truck during the designated time windows and locations.

For shipping, we use a regional cool-courier business to transport your beef boxes to cool chain depots in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, where they are distributed to your door from a specialized home delivery courier for cooled goods.

Despite sufficient ice gel packs to keep your meat fresh and cool, we recommend being at home during the delivery in order to refrigerate/freeze the received meat as soon as possible.
