Beef Box 1: Premium Angus "Scotch Fillet and Eye Fillet" Box

What to expect:

All our premium boxes include 100% grass fed beef focusing on specific cuts. Our beef comes directly from our family-owned and operated Black Angus Beef grazing operation in Ben Lomond, NSW to your plate.  

Beef Box 1: Premium Angus Scotch Fillet and Eye Fillet Box:

• Scotch Fillet steak (1 Pack of 2 steaks - approx. 600g per pack)
  
• Eye Fillet steak (1 Pack of 2-3 steaks - approx. 600g per pack)
  
• Porterhouse or T-Bone steak (1 Pack of 2 or 1 steak - approx. 600g per pack)
  
• Rump steak (1 Pack of 2 steaks - approx. 650g per pack)
  
• Either Minute steak, Round steak, Chuck steak or Topside steak (3-4 Packs of 2 steaks - approx. 1,6kg)
  
• Casserole Meat (2 packs - approx. 600g per pack)
  
• Premium Mince (4 packs - approx. 500g per pack)
  
• Thin outback sausages gluten and MSG free (3 packs - approx. 650g per pack)
  

Depending on availability, the product is packed chilled or frozen due to the timing of our production runs.
